Role Description:
As a Key Account Manager based in Prague, you will play a crucial role in the eCommerce team CZ&SK for Hill's Pet Nutrition business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:1. Building and Cultivating Relationships:
Developing and nurturing solid, long-term relationships with assigned eTailers.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
2. Results Delivery:
Taking ownership of achieving results in line with company targets.
Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned eTailers to optimize Gross-to-Net results.
3. Annual Negotiations and Business Planning:
Leading annual negotiations with eTailers, including developing a comprehensive business plan.
Providing monthly business updates and participating in sales and operations planning activities.
4. Order-to-Payment Process Management:
Overseeing the entire process from order placement to payment for assigned eTailers.
Collaborating closely with the Customer Service and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Activity Planning, Execution, and Analysis:
Collaborating with assigned eTailers to plan, execute, and analyze marketing and promotional activities.
Leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimize results.
Collaborating with assigned eTailers to implement strategic company priorities effectively.
Analyzing eTailer’s data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize results.
6. Multifunctional Collaboration:
Working collaboratively in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Retail Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning departments.
Facilitating cross-functional teamwork and leveraging resources to drive success.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in FMCG, experience with eCommerce.
Strong negotiation skills and analytical capabilities.
Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurship attitude.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving quantitative objectives.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to new challenges.
Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken
